Wholesale Sourdough Bread

Bourke Street offers delicious organic sourdough bread and baguettes for wholesale in NYC. Our sourdough is baked fresh daily with organic flour and a levain (starter) from the same mix used at our original Sydney bakery in 2004. Our breads contain no additives or preservatives. The entire sourdough range is slow-fermented, taking 24-72 hours to create. Each loaf is rolled and shaped by hand before being left to rest overnight. This handmade product requires 2 days to make, combining skill and love.
